You Are The Guardian
No one in the world can put a thought in your head without your permission. It’s your job to control and monitor your thoughts. Every thought carries an energy level that affects your life. You choose your thoughts and organize them to suit yourself.
Your mind belongs to you. You are the master and the guardian of the thoughts that infiltrate your mind. Your mind then feeds your life without input from others. Your life is contingent on your own ability to master your thoughts, mind and tongue.
You choose thoughts which lower your energy level, or those which increase them. How you feel and act depends on what you think. Every action and emotion is preceded by a thought that triggers a chain reaction and is evident in your every action. It’s all in your hands and head.
Thoughts come Without Warning
Most thoughts arise without your choosing. You might think you choose your thoughts, one-by-one, but if you take a moment to observe how thoughts come up, you will see that they do just that – come up in your head. The factory of thoughts is endless and wide ranging without any warning or effort put into them.
Thoughts are like a continuous video that plays on the screen of your mind. What you play there, determines the kind of life you live and the experiences you meet. To make changes in your life, you have to play a different video, one that pleases you.
If checking and controlling your thoughts seems difficult, you can start watching your words. Never let anything come out of your mouth that you don’t want to happen. Watch your tongue, watch your words, watch your thoughts, and become the creator of the path of your own life.
The Thoughtfulness and Mindfulness
Why be mindful? Mindfulness practices can help you to increase your ability to regulate thoughts, emotions, stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help you to focus your attention, as well as to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
You have been created to live your life in freedom, health and wealth. When your life doesn’t look like that, it means you block yourself. Your thoughts are very powerful instruments use to either create happiness and wealth, or sickness and poverty.
Therefore your thoughts fill your mind, then triggers your emotions, which then propels a body reaction and drives you to act in a certain way. This thought pattern creates a mental circuit in your brain, and as you repeat it, it becomes a subconscious behavioral pattern that runs automatically.
Our Created Intelligence
There is an “Intelligence” inside of you that can elevate your life to the highest level possible. You should aim to collaborate with this “Intelligence” which is organized to react to your thoughts, mind, intentions, and to create what you want to become.
Happiness, riches, love, friendship, health and wealth are your birth right. You can choose thoughts which block you, or even paralyze you. It isn’t any more difficult to watch your thoughts to be able to choose them consciously. It’s just a matter of exercise and consciousness.
Instead of having destructive thoughts, choose thoughts which reinforce and enhance your greatness. Choose to think how intelligent you are, how beautiful you are, and you will shine like a star. Choose to think you are loved, and you will be. Declare what is true, think it and fill your mind with it and strive to live it. For every lie, there is a truth that can replace it.
The Way Forward
Once you’ve learned how to become the master of your thoughts, you become the master of your mind and subsequently your life. This is how your thoughts shape your mind and reality. You can work on yourself for a better future, starting today.
Identify the lies you have always told yourself. Your words and actions reveal the confidence you have in yourself. To figure out if a narrative is false, ask yourself these two pertinent questions. Is this thought marked by fear, insecurity, pride, bitterness, or a lack of confidence? Is this thought leading me to cynical, self-serving, or self-destroying behavior?
The purpose of the evaluation is to highlight strengths, correct weaknesses, and develop your confidence. Shift your perspective to a better self-evaluation. In order to do this, you must be willing to recognize areas that need improvement or development.
